This item is non-refundable due to hygiene reasons. Once removed from the packaging or seal broken, we will be unable to offer any return option. This policy is stated clearly on our Returns & Exchanges page
Please note, items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident or through misuse will not be considered as fault. We recommend this is relayed to customers as POSTER GIRL does not offer a repair service.
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange if the hygiene sticker has been removed.
