The situation with our shipping providers might still be affected in light of the COVID-19 outbreak but we will make sure we keep you updated at all times about how this might affect our orders going out or your returns coming back.
We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days, during peak periods it might take up to 3-5 business days. Please note that our chainmail items are made to order in our London studio so you may have to wait up to 5 working days before this is shipped out.
For UK addresses we offer Express Tracked which will arrive in 2-3 working days.
 For International we offer two shipping options;
Express Tracked (2-3 working days)
Standard Tracked (3-7 working days)
For pre-orders, shipping time is stated in the product description.
Most packages will require a signature on delivery, so please ensure you provide the correct address considering whether you are at work or have someone at home to sign for you.
Once your order has been packaged and sent, you will be provided with your personal tracking number in order to check progress of your delivery. This will be sent via the email you provided at the checkout.

Once you receive your order, there is a 14 day policy to return the order or exchange. 
The customer is responsible for returns shipment fees and exchanged item shipping fees.
