FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE ON ALL ORDERS OVER £250
We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days, during peak periods it might take up to 3-5 business days. Please note that our chainmail items are made to order in our London studio so you may have to wait up to 5 working days before this is shipped out.
For UK customers we offer an express tracked delivery which should arrive in

For International customers based outside the UK, we offer both economy (5-7 working days) and express (2-4 working days) courier shipping. For USA orders, you may track your Standard deliveries here and for Express deliveries here. For Rest of world orders, you may track your order here.
Please note for any order outside the UK the customer is responsible for import and duties fees and local taxes
For pre-orders, shipping time is stated in the product description.
Most packages will require a signature on delivery, so please ensure you provide the correct address considering whether you are at work or have someone at home to sign for you. If you opt for a 'no signature' delivery, POSTER GIRL will not take responsibility nor refund you for any lost items
Once your order has been packaged and sent, you will be provided with your personal tracking number in order to check progress of your delivery. This will be sent via the email you provided at the checkout.

All shapewear garments are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons once removed from the packaging or the seal broken.
This policy is stated clearly on each product under its 'SHIPPING & RETURN' tab.
As our shapewear is classed as hosiery, it is non-refundable once removed from its packaging.
