RETURNS POLICY  

We hope you love your POSTER GIRL purchase but if something isn't quite the right size, colour or fit, we have a 14 day returns policy from the receipt of goods. 

Please note that POSTER GIRL does not cover shipping and custom fees on returns.

NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS 

All shapewear and garments are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons. As per UK Consumer Contract Regulations 2013, our shapewear is classed as hosiery so it is non-refundable once removed from its packaging.

Once removed from the packaging, or if the seal is broken, we will be unable to offer any return option. This policy is stated clearly on each product page under the 'RETURNS' tab.

For sanitary reasons, earrings (with a stud component) are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Once removed from the packaging, or if the seal broken, we will be unable to offer any return option.  

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on swimwear if the hygiene sticker has been removed. Be mindful to try on swimwear over your own garments.

Items that are returned in a non-suitable condition (e.g. damaged, worn or returned with no tags) will not be eligible for a refund. 

Selected items marked as FINAL SALE will not be eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note.  

REFUNDABLE ITEMS 

All other products (e.g. chainmail & ready-to-wear and acceptable swimwear garments) are refundable. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original condition and include all their tags and original packaging.

Chainmail garments must be returned complete with their red tags.

All co-ords and products sold as a set must be returned with all items. We will not be able to provide refunds for orders where only parts of the set have been returned.

All accessories must be returned in their original condition and include all original tags and packaging. The returned item must be posted in the package in which it was received. 

All shoes must be tried on on a carpeted surface to avoid damaging the soles. Shoes worn on hard surfaces with the soles scratched will not be eligible for returns as they will be classified and worn and damaged. 

Items purchased in SALE are refundable as long as they meet the returns policy.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ORDER

To return your order, please send back the item in its original condition, complete with tags and with tracked delivery.

Please include your returns slip within the package, along with your returns request and reason. For exchanges, please include the exchange request size or name of garment.

If you are using your own courier, please send this tracking number to: customerservice@poster-girl.com

Once the order is received at the warehouse, it will process though quality control which can take up to 10 days. Items that were returned damaged and are not eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

 

For international returns please clearly mark:

"Returned British merchandise, no commercial value".

If you fail to do so, we will not be liable for any customs charges incurred and these fees will be deducted from your refund.

  

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you wish to cancel or amend an order, please Contact Us or email our customer service team directly at: customerservice@poster-girl.com.

Our team will be able to see if the order can be cancelled or changed. However, if it has been dispatched we are unable to amend or cancel the order. Please see our Shipping and Delivery Times for more information on how long this may take. 

If you wish to return the order or refuse it from customs, please let our customer service team know. We will only be able to refund an order, once it has been delivered back to us at our warehouse.

Please note, any customs or importation fees incurred from the order being returned will be deducted from the total refund amount
