Poster Girl orders are shipped from the United Kingdom & United States.

We process and ship our orders within 1-2 business days. Orders received by 1pm EST for USA orders / 1pm GMT for worldwide orders are shipped on the same day.

During busy periods, please allow extra time for deliveries to take place as the couriers will not guarantee transit times.

Please note our warehouses in the UK & US do not operate on weekends and are closed on public holidays (UK & US). 

BILLING AND SHIPPING DETAILS

Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed, please ensure that all shipping and billing details are correct and in English. 

We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses or forwarding addresses.

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS 

Delivery windows are estimates; once the courier has collected the item, we cannot guarantee delivery times.

Orders shipped from our US warehouse are shipped via FEDEX.

TRACKING

All orders are sent on a tracked shipping service. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your delivery tracking number. This will be sent via the email address provided during checkout. Follow the tracking links above to sign up for additional tracking notifications via SMS or email. 

 

SIGNATURE 

Our couriers usually deliver during business hours from Monday to Friday. 

Where possible we offer signature on delivery. This signature will signify successful delivery and fulfilment. Once your item has been delivered and signed for, the responsibility of these goods passes to you.  

If you opt out of 'no signature' delivery, POSTER GIRL will not take responsibility, nor refund you for any lost or stolen items. 

 

MADE TO ORDER

Any styles that are ‘made to order’ will be shipped from our studio in the United Kingdom, please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

 

PRE-ORDER

For pre-orders, estimated shipping times are stated in the product description. 

 

TAXES & DUTIES  

All international deliveries (outside of the UK & USA) are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis (updated 8 August 2024).

For orders previously shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) your order will be shipped exclusive of all import duties and taxes and you may be liable for any additional costs. 

 

CUSTOMS DELAYS

Orders that are delayed in customs or awaiting payment of duty charges may require extra time to be received. This time is not factored into the time frame estimates provided above. POSTER GIRL are not accountable for extra time required for delivery.  If your order is returned to us with no reason Poster Girl will not be liable for any customs charges or additional fees that we incur for return to sender. These amounts will be deducted from your refund.
