This item is non-refundable due to hygiene reasons. Once removed from the packaging or seal broken, we will be unable to offer any return option. This policy is stated clearly on our Returns & Exchanges page.

- Chainmail garments must be returned complete with their red tags.
- All items must be returned in their original new condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with all original tags and labels attached.
- Items that are returned in a non-suitable condition (e.g. damaged, worn or returned with no tags) will not be eligible for a refund.
- Items returned worn or damaged are not eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
