NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
- For sanitary reasons, earrings (with a stud component), nipple covers, kash jelly corset, bentley jelly bra and c-strings are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Once removed from the packaging, or if the seal is broken, or protective film is removed, we will be unable to offer any return option.
- We are unable to offer a refund or exchange for swimwear items if the hygiene sticker has been removed. Be mindful to try on swimwear over your own garments.
- Items that are returned in a non-suitable condition (e.g. damaged, worn or returned with no tags) or have been labelled as non-refundable will not be eligible for a refund.
