- For sanitary reasons, once removed from the packaging, or if the seal is broken, we will be unable to offer any return options for the G-strings or boy shorts.
- We are unable to offer a refund or exchange for latex thongs if the hygiene sticker has been removed. Be mindful to try these on over your own garments.
- Items returned worn, without a hygiene sticker or removed from their packaging or damaged are not eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
