• All items must be returned in their original new condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with all original tags and labels attached.
• We are unable to offer a refund or exchange for swimwear items if the hygiene sticker has been removed. Be mindful to try on swimwear over your own garments. 
• Any damage including snags, rips, tears, the loss of buttons, perfume, sweat, smoke, deodorant, make-up stains, bodily fluids, and stains of any sort will cause the garment to be classed as worn and damaged and will make it ineligible for a refund.
