Is it hot in here or is it just you. The Capello Leg Warmers are designed with oversized draped scarf details and a knitted composition. They sit just above the knee and drape to the ankle, but they can be adjusted to however you want to style them. Silicon elastic is positioned at the top to keep them up and in place. The draped Poster Girl style scarf down the legs has internal ribbed tubes for a fitted feel.
