• We are unable to offer a refund or exchange for swimwear items if the hygiene sticker has been removed. Be mindful to try on swimwear over your own garments.
• Items that are returned in a non-suitable condition (e.g. damaged, worn or returned with no tags) or have been labelled as non-refundable will not be eligible for a refund.
