This item is non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

For sanitary reasons, earrings (with a stud component) cannot be returned. Once removed from the packaging or seal broken, we will be unable to offer any return option. This policy is stated clearly on our Returns & Exchanges page.

• All accessories must be returned in their original condition and include all original tags and packaging. The returned item must be posted in the package in which it was received.
